I'm Michael Twomey, an experienced corporate and commercial solicitor with over 29 years of experience in training qualified lawyers and delivering courses on various aspects of commercial and corporate law.

I've worked with leading law firms in the UK and overseas, and my expertise spans from commercial agreements to joint ventures, acquisitions, and listing on the Stock Exchange.
